Matt was awesome. On time , worked Hard , looked after our stuff and condo . Great Customer Service and really cares . Thank you again for the Great customer service. AAA+++

Zero stars!! Extremely disappointed with our experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone. We hired 2 Burley Men to move our entire bedroom set, and it was disastrous. To start, they asked for details of the move and provided us an estimate of about $300 and we were told that the final cost wouldn’t drastically change from this number. Two not-so-burley men showed up an hour late, with no equipment apart from the truck, damaged the wall in two places moving the furniture out of the house, and to our horror, dropped our dresser on the pavement, causing significant damage to our pristine condition bedroom set. We were horrified. They then proceeded to take two wrong turns on the way to our destination and when they were finished we were presented with a bill of $800.00!! Their argument was that the trip took longer than expected (even though they were an hour late and went the wrong way). When we refused to pay this due to the damage, them being late, and the $300 quote we were given, they told us they couldn’t leave without being paid and to take it up with management. With a giant moving truck parked on our driveway we had little choice but to pay them. When we called regarding damages, we received a lousy $60 for our troubles. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN.

LC and RJ were awesome, super helpful hard working, but also very respectful. They were both very helpful and patient giving us time to decide what we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help moving.

Please, just don’t even listen to the "good reviews" ESPECIALLY if you’re moving long distance. I have talked to absolutely no one that has had a positive experience from this company, everyone cringes when I tell them who we had hired. Literal gaslighting crooks. Absolutely no communication. Damaged and broken furniture, while taking little to no responsibility. The price by weight is an absolute scam. Instead of 2 burley men, you get 1 skinny conspiracy theorist that has to load and unload all of your stuff by himself, leaving room for more damage to happen- who also mentions "the farther you go, the more stuff gets damaged". Maybe do the job you’re paid so much for and that wouldn’t just be the rule of thumb. They take absolutely no responsibility for anything, because you have to sign that your stuff is in good condition and pay before you see it BECAUSE THATS THEIR POLICY. We’ve had to replace/hire people to fix all our furniture. After leaving a review with the BBB I have zero clue how they are still in business because they have a 1.38/5 on there. Just please do not give these crooks your money or your belongings too "take care of". (Not picture is a completely smashed to pieces coffee table and broken office wheeled drawer)

I have moved internationally and moved houses at least over 10 times in my life, but this has been the worst move I ever had. From BC to AB First, they don't schedule an specific time. They give you a 2-3 days window to pick up 3-4 days to deliver later. And this is all according to THEIR convenience, never the clients. Moving day; they called to change the time a total of 5 times from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, to 7:00pm, then, to the next day. The next day again, from 9:00am to 10:30am My boxes were labelled, heavy, this side up, do not stack, fragile, etc.. They were fast and loaded everything in 2 hours or so. But guess what? They don't care if you have fragile items in your boxes. They need to make sure they truck uses every single little square footage. BECAUSE ITS ABOUT THEM, NOT THE CLIENT. Delivery day was the same thing. We didn't know what day they were coming. We waited patiently. Slept in a hotels all the nights waiting for them to show up! And again, they changed the delivery time/day 2 times again. When things arrived, it wasn't the same truck. So, they moved things from one truck to a warehouse and then to another truck. Many things were damaged, my dining table was completely broken, I only took a few pictures, but things inside boxes were broken, glasses broken, etc.. They only gave us like $300 back for repairs, from a $4500 bill nightmare. I will NOT recommend them. What a horrible horrible experience.

did my stuff make it from vancouver to calgary? yes. did a lot of items arrive broken? yes. did the movers drop things loading into my house? yes. was i charged over 1000 from what i was quoted? yes. was not worth it and will definitely not be using this company again.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! Overcharged us, so many damages!!!!! Smoking dope and drinking booze on the job, Playing vulgar music which was so inappropriate!!!!! Rude and inconsiderate. Took their time moving, throwing our items around and packing them Inappropriately, leaving stuff behind, Had other peoples things in the moving trailer…..At the end of the move our garment bags containing our clothing was just throw out of the truck onto the driveway!!!!!! When it came to pay they would not unlock it until they were paid in full what they wanted!!!!!!
