Simply the Best Movers

I used Simply the Best Movers on September 6, 2024 when relocating within Calgary. For me looking for the right moving company was an exhausting and very daunting task. I was looking for honest, reliable, reasonably priced professionals who would take care not to damage anything in the process. Luckily I heard about Simply the Best Movers by a chance meeting with the owner Sasha. He assured me I would be in good hands, and he came through with that promise! Adam and Tim arrived early on the day of pick up, they were quick, efficient, and very personable, which instantly put me at ease. I had everything stacked in our oversized garage ready to go, so it was pretty straightforward for them to load it up. At the delivery destination Adam and Tim took the time to make sure everything was put in its rightful place, which saved me from relocating items to other rooms later on. They were respectful, kind and considerate, paying attention to remove their shoes and not damage anything when entering the house. I am 100% satisfied with Simply the Best movers and have went as far as to recommend them to family, friends and clients. My personal experience I would say was top tier, for nearly half the price of the competitors.

Made my long distance move (Calgary to Northern AB) so smooth, efficient, fast and easy! The movers were kind, professional and did an amazing job. They were very accommodating of all my requests. Would 100% recommend this company for moves within Calgary as well as across Alberta.

We were extremely happy with the movers that we had. Seitharz and Alex were very careful to detail. Everything was wrapped before moving and carefully put in place. They were friendly on time and worked tirelessly. Highly recommend this company. Other family members have used these people a few times.

We hired this company for our move from Calgary to Rocky Mountain House. They were punctual, efficient , friendly and very hard working. In 7 years we had amassed a house full of furniture and collectibles (not to mention the significant amount of tools in my husband's garage) and they treated everything with the utmost care and respect. The only short coming was they underestimated the size of the truck they required for the amount of stuff we had which required us to make another trip back to calgary (after our move) to collect the rest. Overall it was a great experience with great service. Despite the short fall on the truck, i would hire them again for a move. Adam and Tim were nothing short of professional and courteous. Keep up the great work!

Was moving out of a 2 bedroom, 1000 sqft apartment to an upper suite of a house. 12 hours!!!!! My worst mover only took just over 6 hours! Ended up with damage to the apartment we were leaving, fined by the strata due to going so far beyond the move cut off time, a dresser that is now missing a drawer, and other minor damage! My husband was the hardest worker on the moving team today! Two boxes at a time on a dolly steered by two movers. I would not see them for like 20 minutes! Owner didn’t seem to care, held our furniture for ransom! Their policy is that the bill gets paid before the truck is fully unloaded! Never have I dealt with this before! Some photos of the havoc! Still discovering damage as we sort out the heaps left behind. Oh, the fun never ends! Our BBQ gas line is busted! Going to be out more money because of these guys!!!

I moved out of my apartment in mid February and even though it was super cold and up a whole bunch of stairs the movers were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly, efficient and prompt. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move including my stuff, the walls of the old place or anything in the new place. I will happily request their help again the next time I move!

I can't say enough good things about this company and the men who work for them. My emails and questions were answered quickly and pricing was exactly as explained. We moved long distance from Alberta to BC. The guys were on time and polite. They took care to move all my belongings. Thanks Edem, Alex and crew!! 5 stars.
