Twenty20 & Co. Inspections

My partner and I used Twenty 20 Home Inspections as first time home buyers. Jason and his team were phenomenal, and did an in depth inspection that left us feeling confident in our purchase. They explained everything in very simple terms, which allowed us to understand what needed to be fixed. Jason also has a very kind and professional personality, which made working with him extremely easy. The home inspection report itself is very simple to use, and outlines everything that the team tested throughout the process with ease! Jason also was quick the respond to my inquiry, and had great communication. 10/10 would recommend!

As someone with a background in construction, my expectations for an inspector were high. I can happily report that Todd exceeded my expectations. At the end he did a walk through pointing out any concerns with practical tips on how to address items and how soon they should be addressed. The report he provided and the walkthrough put me at ease knowing I had a much better understanding of the condition of the home. I would recommend Todd to anyone.
