The most outstanding aspect of my experience working with Michelle Brandt through a difficult separation was her steadfast execution and her focus on fact and fairness. My personal boundaries became healthier, my confidence grew, I felt validated and supported by Michelle and her professional team at Vogel. Her assistant Sarah was consistent, solution focused and timely with our interactions. I also worked with the Accounting team on an income tax inquiry and again they were incredibly swift to respond and very thorough with their documented support. That really stands out to me because it's "after" the fact (after the settlement was done) and I still experienced the exact same level of exceptional service. I would highly recommend the entire Vogel team. 100%. Thank you Michelle and team, for everything.

I worked with Victor Vogel and Kasey Anderson during my divorce and, unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. A significant health issue, which had a direct impact on both of my children's support, was completely left out of my divorce agreement. This oversight resulted in two more years of legal battles, during which I was left without adequate child support while facing serious health challenges. I later learned from a new lawyer that this issue should have been addressed in the original agreement and is now being classified as a pre-existing condition—something that could have been avoided with more thorough representation. So egregious I was advised I have grounds for legal action. I paid for trusted legal guidance and was left vulnerable at one of the most difficult times in my life. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

Her experience in mediation and her practical approach has resulted in problems going away, rather than becoming more challenging. Belated review here, first a huge thank you to Mike and Christine who handled my personal injury suit in 2018 (settled in 2021) I am truly grateful for their professionalism and how trustworthy the team. When I needed legal counsel on another matter during that time, and heard how highly Mike was thought and spoken of at the firm it solidified my own confidence in my ability to trust. Mike handled the case, which included handling my emotional Rollercoaster (yay ptsd sucks) so well that when I needed representation again on another matter my first thoughts were of the team at Vogel. This time I lucked out with Michelle, Manroop and Sarah. Though parts of me would have preferred a much shorter time frame, the speed of law always faster and still slower than we want it to be. Michelle, a strong advocate for me through this new process and Sarah's kind demeanor, helped me to stand firm despite weeks where I wanted to give up. I am relieved the situation is essentially closed and will always be grateful to the entire team. We didn't get to work with Manroop much, but here too the experience and professionalism further cemented that I had chosen well..
