Amazing selection, ranging from sets for kids to big popular pieces such as LOTR, STAR WARS, DUNE..and there’s currently a promo going on for spending more than 190$ and getting a mixed flowerpot set for free! And the employees are friendly and professional.

Really good LEGO store. Went here during Boxing Day 2024 season so we knew it was very busy during that day. When my family went a ton of people were in the store and had a limited supply of Lego sets.
They had a 1200+ piece Lego Ninjago set available for 200$, so I got it. Would say it’s very expensive. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Their items are eye candy and it’s a perfect gift for all ages
Their services were excellent! I was courteously assisted with a smile and assurance of help, I love the team… More power to you Lego Store Chinook branch
Highly recommended to visit this store with your family or as an individual

The Lego store is a joy for adults and children alike. Team members here adapted seamlessly to our needs and we had so much fun!
With COVID-19 policies in place, we had to wait in a short line up to get inside, only about 10 minutes. It was impressive how quickly they were moving people through while maintaining a personal experience and not rushing.
Huge stock here, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a number of sets on sale. I can’t wait to come back and keep building my city.
Rebecca Stevens (☆ 5/5)

I have never been here before despite years of being in chinook and hundreds of times walking by. It was my son’s 10th birthday and he wanted lego, so off we went. I had the best experience and I will be going back again. The staff was super fun and knowledgeable and made him feel like a king. I found a ton of sets that I want too! This was just amazing and totally made my son’s birthday special. Thank you to everyone there, you guys know how to make a kid feel special and a grown up feel like a kid!

We’ve been to the LEGO Store at Chinook multiple times this month, and every single visit has been fantastic—thanks to Matt! Oh my gosh, he truly goes above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door. We’re always greeted with a big smile, and he’s not only polite but also incredibly knowledgeable about all things LEGO. His enthusiasm for helping customers is clear, and it makes every visit an awesome experience. Huge shoutout to Matt for making the store such a welcoming and fun place to shop!

A quality store with an excellent range of toys and games, including but not limited to Legos, jigsaw puzzles, plushies, models and some craft stuff.
I especially like the variety of board games for younger kids. I am a parent that tires quickly of «candyland» and «shutes and ladders».
There are simple but fun games, some even where you can add more rules when your kid is more capable and cooperative games which are great if you have a kid who can’t handle losing yet, so you can work together to try and beat the game.
I’ve always found the staff very knowledgeable (I’m mostly asking about board games )
Virginia Fraser (☆ 5/5)

I love this store! I know i can go there anytime and find the perfect gift! My grandson loves all the little goodies around the cash register also!
The store is very clean, organized and the young people that work there are always smiling, friendly and so helpful!
Dl Rich (☆ 5/5)

I’m giving one star only because it’s not possible to give zero or negative stars.
Not because of the store itself or its variety, but because of the staff (or whoever is instructing them to act this way). I don’t know if this happens because we’re not Canadian, but you should invest in anti-theft detection gates instead of having people follow us around the store.
This hasn’t happened just once, or twice, or even three times — it happens all the time, and unfortunately, I’ve stopped going to your store. I only go in cases of «absolute necessity» (when I can’t find the board game I want on Amazon or at Sentry Box), and every single time I go alone, with my husband, or when my husband goes alone, we feel extremely uncomfortable because of how the staff follow us and watch our every move.
Today, I started to wonder if it’s because we’re not Canadian, as I mentioned before, because I saw several Canadian children running through the store grabbing products and no one was following them — yet I noticed foreign children being «monitored» by the staff (not only children, but I could see the difference between Canadians and foreigners adults been monitored or not).
Honestly, today was the l ast time I ever set foot in this store.

If you want / need an amazing toy for a child game for an adolescent or a fun adventurous game night for an adult, this is the place to come. They have an amazing selection of anything you/game related. This is not box store but a family run business with owners who care. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t have enough words to post everything they carry so you have to drop in. I’ve bought everything from pool water balls, fun stuffed animals, brain challenging puzzle games to Locked room game sets. They don’t make toy stores likes this anymore.
Jeff Kahane (☆ 5/5)

went in today, and left feeling extremely upset. my friends and i were very excited about the cute little stuffed animals, and were planning on buying one each. after walking through the store a couple of times throughout our day (which is a big trip for us as we do not live in or near the city) we decided not to support this company, as the worked made us feel extremely uncomfortable and terrible about ourselves. They followed us through the store, gave us dirty dirty looks, and did not make us feel wanted. absolutely in now way is this meant to be disrespectful or rude, but as someone who works in the retail industry, a lot of work needs to be done on the part of this particular team. will mot be coming back if they are working. no one deserves to feel unsafe, especially not on a trip and especially not when they did nothing but want to support a small business.

Discovery Hut is a great store! Staffs are very helpful and kind. They give suggestion. They have good knowledge of what’s new in store Special mention Isaac- he put on hold some Needoh nice cubes and was very helpful. He goes above and beyond the support a store staff can do. This store is greatly managed for sure. Good culture. Great toys for kids and adult alike! They have good selection of quality toys and board games including Deception – They have the stock!
My favourite toy store in Calgary!

Such a lovely place me and my friends always come in to look at the trains. The staff are so kind and the store is well organized. It’s really interesting with lots of selection and cool displays with immense detail.
mark Is master (☆ 5/5)

This place is amazing, my favourite train store in Alberta. I love that they stock used trains and rolling stock (a lot of it) and are able/willing to help you repair what you’ve got. I’m an HO scale guy, and that seems to be the majority of what they carry, but they also have lots of N scale, quite a bit of O scale and more G scale stuff than I’ve seen anywhere else locally. In terms of G scale, I’m impressed by the amount of used track they usually have, which is probably very helpful to hobbyists in that scale as the track is usually expensive.
Prices seem really good, mostly because of their preowned selection I suppose. The staff is friendly and everyone seems to love what they do.
I have to stop in whenever I’m in town.
Dylan McConnell (☆ 5/5)

I found them online when deciding to get back into the hobby or not after 15 years away. I was not buying anything and made it clear when I entered. Bernie chatted with me and showed me around for an hour, gave me a book at no charge to help me with my layout as well as recommended a few other books/magazines for other topics. We wandered the shelves looking at various things. We spoke about scenery, rolling stock, track options and buildings. I really enjoyed it. He was so passionate and knowledgeable, it inspired me to get back into the hobby. I am not from Calgary but will be coming back here to buy whenever I am in town. Thanks Bernie

This was first time I was in the store I really enjoyed looking around at all the memoribila . They have some neat stuff for all ages expecially the wifytain toy train this store should totally change its name and carry some RC tanks and aircraft like even drones that would definitely make it a six star rating lol
Crystal Lynne Dawn Day Chief (☆ 5/5)

This place is awesome. After several decades of retirement from model trains, I decided to get back into it after inheriting some of my dad’s collection. I was pretty blind sided by the amount that has changed from the 80’s to now. Metal wheel converstions, umpteen million different types of hinges, height spacers, screws, track materials, locomotives with diesel engine start up and shut down sounds, light variations, train horns and bells. Pretty overwhelming considering my stuff is all out of the box and onto the track. I went to this store to get a little insight on what I have been getting myself back into. Everyone that works here has been so awesome and helpful. They completely go out of their way to take the time to go through things with me and don’t make me feel like a newb wasting their time. If one person isnt sure they get the person that most likely can help. I have a lot to absorb. Even other customers have interjected opinions and advise which has been great. Now the trick is to go in and not come out with 7 more things on top of the one I went to get.

Trains and Such is place to go for all your model railroading needs. They have a selection that is next to none. Ross is always willing to help and answer your questions. I’m new to model railroading and the staff has always been accommodating and make suggestions to improve your layout. They are remodeling there store and making it even better and easier to find what you’re looking for. They have many roads to choose from on each scale. Each isle in the store is packed. From locomotives, rolling stock, track, power, scenery, buildings and accessories they have it! If you love trains and model railroading, Trains and Such is a must for you to stop in and visit. Be prepared to be there a while if you just want to browse because you’ll have plenty to look at!!!

I purchased a car for my daughter and intended to return it; however, upon my visit, the return request was not processed due to the fact that I had opened the box, despite the customer not informing me of this stipulation. Instead, he indicated that I could return it within a 15-day period. How was I to ascertain the value of the car relative to the amount I paid? The box indicated that it was in good condition, yet upon opening it, I discovered that everything was glued together. The manager was mocking me and misrepresenting my statements. This experience was certainly not reflective of the reputation of this place
Eman Ali (☆ 1/5)

I visited the store yesterday (june21) around 5.15pm and had a really disappointing experience at the cash counter. The cashier was extremely rude from the start. She barely greeted us, didn’t inform us that the tap option wasn’t working (and there was no sign either), and then got visibly annoyed when we didn’t have a physical card right away.
When we said we would go to our car to grab the card, she reacted sarcastically with «Jesus Christ» in a frustrated tone — which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. After we finally paid, she didn’t bag our items, didn’t thank us, just tossed the receipt, and started serving the next customer even while we were still standing there trying to pack our stuff.
There were other ladies as well who were very friendly as they asked us if we need trolley.
We were going in party and front counter lady ruined our mood.
I’ve never had such a cold and careless experience at a toy store before. A little kindness and basic professionalism go a long way — unfortunately, we didn’t get either here.
Deepika (☆ 1/5)

We went to buy a Stroller today, and the lady helping us was wonderful. She tool her time with us by showing us all of the ways to use each Stroller! We were lucky to have her show us. Very attentive and knowledgeable!
Kyla Templeton (☆ 5/5)

I believed I was supposed to talk to the manager to get help or an explanation for the earlier employee behavior, but when I called, the service I encountered was quite unusual. Initially, she introduced herself as the manager and assured me she would assist me. However, after a short while, she told me to speak to the manager. I didn’t receive any help at all. Is this how all employees behave, pretending to be the manager while they are just regular staff?
Mariam Hussein (☆ 1/5)

Employees are nice and haven’t had a problem here, but recently I lined up and reserved a Prismatic Accessory Pouch (with name and phone number) and when I went to pick it up, they told me there were no more, even though I had reserved it. My cousins that I lined up in front of had been called and got the pouch but when I went it was gone despite the reservation. Disappointing to say the least.

Misleading Product Description and Terrible Customer Service
I am deeply disappointed with my recent purchase from Toys «R» Us. After an extensive search for a safe mattress made from natural materials for our infant, I came across a mattress that was labeled as containing «soy.» Sealy OmniPedic Naturale. The in-store description led us to believe this mattress was a healthy choice, free from harmful chemicals. There was no tag on the mattress to read, just a written description. However, upon delivery, we learned that the mattress is primarily made of polyurethane foam—essentially the same material used for dish sponges!
This is absolutely unacceptable. The online description did not mention polyurethane foam at all, and had I known, I would never have made this purchase. In an era when parents are increasingly conscious of eco-friendly and organic choices, this kind of false advertising is not only misleading but dangerous.
When we reached out to Toys «R» Us to express our concerns, we were met with nothing but difficulty. Instead of addressing our valid complaint, they insisted that the mattress was ours to keep since the description «clearly states» its materials. This is an outright misrepresentation of the product, and I am appalled by how they handled our request for a refund.
I have pictures of the mattress tags that clearly show it contains no soy at all and is made mainly of polyurethane foam. I urge other parents to think twice before purchasing from Toys «R» Us. It seems they are more interested in making a sale than in the safety of our children!
Save yourself the trouble and choose a retailer that values honesty and cares about consumer safety. Toys «R» Us has demonstrated a complete lack of integrity in this matter.
Update: Toys «R» Us has provided a refund for the mattress. From what we understand, the false advertising came directly from Sealy. While Toys «R» Us is the third party seller, it would be nice to see all products confirmed to be exactly as the manufacturer describes. Thanks.

玩具并不比商场便宜多少,而且这次去,里面很多货架都是空的,货品不太全。The toys aren’t much cheaper than in the mall, and this time when we visited, many of the shelves were empty and the selection was quite limited.
Mark Cai (☆ 4/5)

We’ve always had a great experience shopping at Toys «R» Us, and we’ve been loyal customers for a while. Today, however, something happened that left us feeling disappointed and confused.
We were at the store to buy a dollhouse and some other toys for our daughter—a fairly big purchase of nearly $350. At checkout, the lady helping us was polite and helpful, and things seemed to be going well. However, the young man at the register made us feel unwelcome, almost as if we weren’t actually going to make a purchase. That in itself felt odd and uncalled for.
In the past, we’ve bought larger items—like a bicycle—and the staff had no issue holding it at the front while we continued shopping. Today, when we asked the same, we were told by this young man that we couldn’t leave the box there. Has the policy changed?
What really bothered us most, though, was what happened next. After we completed our purchase, we noticed another family at the checkout being offered a promotional discounted item because they spent over $20. We had just spent more than triple that amount, yet nothing was mentioned to us. When we asked about it, the young man simply said, «I forgot.»
That’s not acceptable. It’s not just about the discount—it’s about how we were treated as customers. Being overlooked and made to feel like we didn’t matter, especially after a significant purchase, really soured our experience.
We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the inconsistency in customer service. We’ve always enjoyed shopping here, and it would be unfortunate for moments like this to become the norm.

This store has an amazing selection of toys for every age. They have a huge wall of bikes for toddlers up to… well, not toddlers. There is a good Lego selection also. I could go on about the different types of toys but there’s a ton to choose from. The store is well lit, clean and the staff is very helpful. This store connect to babies r us also so you can hop back and forth easily. Great store. Would recommend.

Cherry Tree Lane Toys is a wonderful place. Their toys were exactly what I was looking for, to bring some brightness for a child and their family in Alberta who were facing critical difficulties. Living in the UK, staff at Cherry Tree Lane Toys offered me so much care, help and support to finally achieve what I wanted to do, in a wider sense. I am very grateful for all of this support, thank you Cherry Tree Lane Toys.

I had the best experience ordering materials from Cherry Tree Lane Toys! I am so excited to see their beautiful materials explored by the children in the classrooms. To top it all off, the amazing customer service made the experience even better. Quick response time, thorough communication, and such quick delivery (local) for items that are in stock. Just the best experience.

I received my very first order this week. My experience was 10/10. An amazing small business and I would recommend to anyone. I am on the coast in BC and my local shops were sold out of Yoto. I found Cherry Tree on Google and went for it. The shipping was unbelievably fast, order arrived boxed nicely with a sweet note. Will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family. Thanks so much!

I love this place because the stuffies are so fluffy. And the mouse house is also so cool. It’s great inspires little kids. And the little toys for the mouse is really cool because it shows little kids how to decorate there rooms and keep them nice and clean.

We have shopped primarily at the south location and stopped at the north store for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised and were supported throughout our entire shop. Monica stuck with us in a good way – not pushy but extremely informative and helpful. We made our purchase far more confidently than we initially thought, and gathered so much more knowledge on car seats, etc. Monica was gentle, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and such a great communicator! We would definitely go back to see her directly with any inquiries or needs- wish we got to meet her at the beginning of our journey!

I have finally owned this Jellycat Bashful bunny with the birthday cake! I missed the last drop and been looking for one forever!!! Shout out to Sangeeta from West Coast Kids North! She’s the best! I got one because of her, she knew the stocks really well, she tried everything to check for me and even called the South location to check the stock and managed to get one on hold for me for pickup! Thank you Sangeeta! You really made my day!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Leora when we bought our first car seat, and she made the entire experience so lovely. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient, taking the time to ensure we found the perfect car seat for our needs. We’ve been happy with our purchase ever since. What stood out to us even more was how, every time we returned to the store, Leora would remember our faces and our son’s name—those small acts of kindness don’t go unnoticed. Over time, we’ve purchased two car seats, a regular stroller, a travel stroller, and several other smaller items with her assistance. Her exceptional service has always exceeded our expectations, and now when we visit, we look forward to seeing if she’s working. Leora truly deserves recognition for the outstanding care she provides!

Me and my husband had very pleasant shopping experience!
Louie was very helpful during the whole time when we were looking for a stroller, a car seat and a baby mattress for our first baby. She’s patient, knowledgeable and friendly when we ask so many questions. We spent almost a hour and a half to know the products and try them in our car. She assisted us with choosing the items that fit best for us, especially the mattress and the car seat because these are final sale. Finally we bought a stroller, a bassinet, a car seat and a mattress.
Very happy with Louie! Thank you so much.

We went to Westcoast Kids in search of a double stroller, completely set on getting the Uppababy Vista V3. Jaina answered all the questions I had about the Vista 3 and helped my partner and I look at other strollers as well. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient (we spent about an hour in the store) and she even helped us save some money because we ultimately went with the Cybex stroller which was more compatible with our Graco car seat. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of our experience with Jaina!

This place is very nice and organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Joanne greeted us and helped us out with everything that we were looking for. mainly the baby stroller and the Car seat. She’s very knowledgeable about the products.
We weren’t planning on spending money, but because of how she presented and demonstrated the products to us we were sold right there! Thank for going above and beyond for us Joanne.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at West Coast Kids, all thanks to Neema! I walked in completely clueless about baby gifts, trying to find the perfect present for a coworker, and she was an absolute lifesaver.
She was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind, taking the time to explain everything and guide me through the best options. She never made me feel out of place for not knowing anything and instead made the whole experience fun and stress-free. Thanks to her, I left feeling confident with the perfect gifts in hand!

Sadly I do not live close by, but I did have the pleasure of ordering a specific item from them online, a pair of old-style toy spark blasters. When they arrived in the mail it turned out one of them didn’t work properly (spark toy no spark), so I called them directly to explain the issue. The manager confirmed my order number and heard me out, and found that they had another of them in store. After asking if I’d prefer a refund or have the replacement shipped to me, I said I’d prefer the replacement. And replace it they did, without asking me to pay shipping on the replacement! I was super impressed… I’d be willing to do business here any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I live in BC and I have ordered from Castle Toys 3 times now. They are SO quick to communicate and ship out an order. My daughter is in love with Calico Critters and they have an awesome selection. Highly recommend!
Kayla Robinson (☆ 5/5)

Great selection of the toys you didn’t know your child «needed» and the staff are always so friendly to my son he is never scared to walk up to the till with his new favourite toy.

Livingstone and Cavell was my go-to place for special toys but since that closed I was interested in the reputation of Castle Toys.
We found everything we needed. Some wooden puzzles, inclusive dolls, fun craft projects, a fidget device that could be taken to school and some animal toys. The variety is colourfully overwhelming and I almost got dizzy from turning in circles to take everything in. I’d be terrified to take kids here as I wanted one of everything and I haven’t been a kid in decades!
I will absolutely be back.
Sunny Wellington (☆ 5/5)

I ordered from them online, great selection, and they changed the shipping address after I made a mistake inputting it. Very friendly and quick response time! Will order again in future.

The store has huge lego details and sets. Many sets are cheaper than on other stores.
If necessary, you can find a specific lego piece for your project.

What an excellent store! FULL of new and used Lego – full sets, partial sets, minifigures, and bricks by the cup/bag. What a treat! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially the young man behind the counter – really knew what he was talking about (maybe his name was Zach?) I found some obscure/discontinued stuff my kids were asking for. I loved it!
Dorothy Sharp (☆ 5/5)

Excellent store for all your Lego needs! My wife and I went to the Brick Bin to find a certain set of random pieces to build something she had found online. When we went in and boy howdy do they have everything. Bins after bins of pieces, sorted by color, and old and new sets. It was nostalgically breathtaking and we were met with friendly faces and warm greetings. We quickly looked around and after one employee explained their system for buying loose pieces we began our search. We started finding things right away, at one point one of the employees even joined us and helped us find several of a harder to find piece. We couldn’t thank him enough! Soon we had found everything, paid, and left with smilies. Great customer service, helpful, outstanding selection, so yes, highly recommended for all Lego builders out there!
Brad Chase (☆ 5/5)

DO NOT SELL HERE! Pretty friendly staff but I would never ever sell here. the owner will steal your money if you’re not careful. He will buy your Lego and mini figures for nothing if you’re not going in with set prices. And even if you have set prices he will tell you you’re crazy and that your ask is way too high. He has purchased some minifigures from me and acted as if they were worth nothing and put in them for sale in the store for prices I couldn’t believe. He is not honest, but the staff are great. It is partially my fault for not researching first, however the owner should be honest and fair, which he is most definitely not.

Hidden treasure in Calgary! My son is a huge lover of lego and he had the time of his life today! Great service and so VERY well organized store for the lego lover
Ashley Gopp (☆ 5/5)

Feeling really dissatisfied, I came in a couple times and the brunette chic was absolutely rude, no smile, no happy tone, she sounded miserable and comes off like she hates her job, I really didn’t feel welcomed at all. Both times she was attached to the phone, and it was an inconvenience that she had to serve a customer and get off the phone. I feel she completed ripped me off on 24lbs of Lego, which was washed and sorted and should have been 5$ a lb. I got $60 at $3/lbs…I should have just left the bin and got 100$ and not put hours into cleaning and sorting (picture of Lego being sorted). Won’t be recommending this place at all.

Customer Reviews
I echo other recent reviews. I go to mastermind because they have the items I’m looking for, however… Inventory listed online for physical stores is never accurate. I’ve driven halfway across the city only to find that they don’t have something in stock, but they said they did. And more than once I’ve had the same excuse «oh we’re just in our inventory changeover period right now». Another reason to go there is to get your gifts wrapped, but today I was told it was too close to closing. If you have time to ring through my purchase, you have time to wrap it for me.
Jordanna Fraser (☆ 2/5)

I recently visited Mastermind Toys and purchased two Rubik’s Cubes. Unfortunately, as soon as we opened them—right there in the store—we realized they were extremely poor quality and wouldn’t even rotate properly. When I asked the cashier for a return or exchange, she refused, saying they couldn’t take back opened items. But how else are we supposed to check the quality without opening them? Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I expected better from Mastermind Toys.
Nancy Sangha (☆ 1/5)

Worst experience of all today! My kids came into the store to try make the snowflakes today. But the associate keep doing her design even their already 4 snowflakes on the table as a example, and she keeps doing her design more and more even there is really less left not enough to make even one snowflake for my kid. Really disappointed.
Daisy Dong (☆ 1/5)

I really liked Mastermind Toys before. I still like their selection and always go there to get gifts for my friends and family in that age bracket.
However, this last visit I was really disappointed with the gift wrapping. The person in front of me had a situation where the woman forgot to include something in what was supposed to be wrapped in the gift. She made no effort to fix it.
Mine was done so poorly that it was embarrassing. I had to re-do it when I got home. It was surprising because they’ve always done such a beautiful job in the past. I could depend on them for this service.
One of the reasons I shop at Mastermind Toys and don’t mind their slightly higher prices is not only the uniqueness of their products, but because they offer this service. Without it I’m not sure how often I’ll shop there.
I hope it was a one off but I’m worried about trying again. I don’t always have time to re-do a terrible wrapping job.
Jillian Knapp (☆ 3/5)

Went into the toy store to ask about a toy and everyone who worked there was very rude and had no idea what I was talking about at first. No one wanted to help and they were not friendly at all. One staff member I think her name was Yulia was fantastic and very helpful, she actually listened to what I was looking for and found it got me.
Princess Princess (☆ 1/5)

Went an hour after opening on Sunday of of Black Friday weekend and had a very sub par experience with both the staff and the store itself.
Despite counting at least 5 staff working, not once did anyone greet us or ask if we needed any assistance. A large number of items all over the store that were meant to be on sale for Black Friday were not marked or had no price tag on them of any kind. This made it really hard to shop and I had to keep searching on the website for prices while also holding my baby in my arms. In addition, brands that were on sale were scattered all over the store which made looking for products really difficult.
When I asked a sales associate who was up a tall ladder and busy merchandising where an item was she told me it was out of stock and that the online inventory for Mastermind Toys is mostly incorrect.
I went into this store to buy some Christmas gifts and while I did eventually find 2 things, I will definitely not be going back to this store again. I was hoping that this would be a nicer experience than a big box toy store like Toys R Us – but the customer service and overall store was far worse than any of the TRUs I have been to in the city.
Sarah P (☆ 1/5)

Tell me why my little sister had not one but TWO gift cards for this place and they said it expired? No explanation, no refund. I didn’t even know gift cards could expire like HELLO a gift card means prepaid so where tf did the money go? Edit: Thank you to that one employee who told us we can call the number on the back for a refund, without u we woulda walked out the store without knowing
