I went and saw Liona for a Botox consultation. As it was my first time, she walked me through the process and we had an open discussion about any concerns. Ultimately, I felt comfortable to go through with it. It was quick and relatively painless. She was also open and honest about the price as well (which is totally appreciated in economy LOL).
New Skin has a very comfortable waiting area and the space is gorgeous! The receptionist was kind and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend booking in with Liona if you’re interested in getting Botox!

I’ve had this treatment before at other clinics, and I could feel every bit of the needle on my face,but with Emma, it was a completely different experience. Emma was incredibly thorough, especially in treating my deeper acne scars. You could tell right away how experienced and confident she is in her work. She took her time and made sure every area was covered properly.

They are always busy so an appointment helps but they usually accommodate me when I walk in.
They are up to date on all the viral trends like the heart shaped cat eye I got today for Valentine’s Day. All my sets are shellac. I recently added in the builder base which makes my nails hard and prevents me from breaking them!

Love going here. Annie does excellent art and details on my nails. Whether it’s chrome, cat eye, designs, etc. had the upgraded 5star pedicure today. Worth it for the extra $ imo, my feet are so soft it was an hour 20 mins for the full pedicure, not rushing me out. Did the pick cat eye and loved it.
This last time I did a white airbrush with a bow but it was $115! Not sure why it was $30+ more than usual, will ask when I go back.
Maybe ask the costs before you commit to it, $115 is too Much for me.

I have been happy with Fresh Laser at every step of the way, from my consultation with Brittany, to seeing Megan for treatments 4 times so far, to the results I’ve seen from the treatments. Megan is thorough, doesn’t rush, and takes the time to make sure the treatment area is looked at in detail. She explains what each step of the treatment is for and provides recommendations for skin care based on my skin type. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well. This was my first time having this type of laser treatment, so I can’t compare it with other places that offer similar services, but I think the quality and level of service at Fresh Laser is top-notch.

Great and safe experience overall with great results. I love how comforting and warming Brittany and all the staff members are. Brittany never hesitates to answer my questions for clarity or curiosity sake. She is very thorough with my laser procedure and takes a lot of care in it. You can tell the staff here care for patients and also love their job. I also appreciate the transparency and no judgement feelings from any of the staff and don’t push anything on you – ultimately, everything is your decision. I got tattooed here with my Father. We were last minute walk ins and the service here is phenomenal. The receptionist is the sweetest lady. We had Deny’s tattoo us. We waited approximately 40 minutes before we went up. Denys professionalism and handle of the needle was gods work. Especially for both of our first tattoos. It is a very clean and friendly environment, I am definitely coming back here for more tattoos in the future!

Wanted to do something meaningful for myself on my 30th birthday, and decided to get a larger tattoo as a gift to myself. I have plenty of self image issues and a rocky relationship with aging at the best of times, so I really wanted 30 to be a memorable and overly positive celebration for me. I’ve always loved and been obsessed with dragons, and wanted to get a bigger tattoo piece done for a while, so there I was with both desire and a reason to just take the plunge.
After research and comparing various artists and shops in the city, I found Luu’s portfolio on the Atticus website and knew that was the artist I wanted for this tattoo, I couldn’t stop from going back to her work during my research. Both the staff I spoke with online/via e-mail about what I wanted and the back and forth with Luu regarding the custom design were prompt and straightforward. She was incredible and really brought the image I had in mind to life after only a few revisions from the initial draft!
After 3 separate sessions, each about 5 hours, we finally finished the tattoo and I couldn’t be more elated. The front desk staff and Luu herself were always polite, professional, and personable when I went for my appointments. I always received a call from the folks at Atticus the day before I booked as a friendly reminder and confirmation I was still going to be making it.
Luu was so patient and kind even when I was being the most difficult person ever to work on (unintentionally). Seriously cannot overstate how skilled and patient she is as an artist, and how the sessions with her always had this sense of calm to them, haha.
I would highly recommend checking out Luu’s work and getting some ink done by her, she is absolutely phenomenal! I hope I get the chance to work with her again in the future for another tattoo project, because I am so thankful, excited and happy with how this tattoo came out!

A huge shout out to Justin for making us super comfortable, listening to what we wanted, and explaining what he was going to do and why. He was very gentle with needle, extremely patient, and checking on us every few minutes (even though ours was a tiny tattoo compared to what he is used to ). I had such a fantastic experience at this salon – everyone was wonderful from who I spoke to on the phone to book, the lovely woman who gave me the tour, and a huge shout-out to my stylist, Mackenzie! The vibes are great, the salon is so modern but very relaxed, and it was very clean.
Mackenzie took the time to go through my hair history with me, really get to know what I was looking for, and threw in some suggestions for me to see what I thought. When I had questions about other services, Mackenzie did a great job explaining them to me and was honest about if she thought it would work for me or not; she was so friendly & easy to talk to during my appointment, and such a wealth of knowledge.
Everyone I spoke to was incredibly proud of the products that are available, and I did walk away with a purchase because of how highly raved the products were.

She spent the best efficient time for me and made my hair to cool ash brown color, which I exactly explained. I literally didn’t expect this perfect result as I knew my hair was mess.
