This is something we’ve contemplated for several years. Gentlemen Pros were able to come and give us a thorough explanation of how and which model of air conditioner would work in our home with a detailed estimate (with no surprises). Then were prompt on the date and time we booked. They did an excellent job, explained the process beforehand on the first visit and after install did a walk through to show their good work. They were respectful of our home and the cleanup was great. They used tarps to protect the floors where necessary. No garbage left behind. Explained how to operate our new air conditioning unit and again about the regular maintenance to give it a long life. It looks very nice where it now resides. The unit is very quiet.
Richard was pleasant and informative. I am very pleased with Richard, Josh and Chris’s work. I highly recommend Gentlemen Pros for any kind of job they cover. I love their warranty and their motto. I believe I can depend on them.

This company provides a first-class, professional service. I must say though that unless you have pockets 10″ deep, their service is very expensive. After speaking with their finance dept and voicing my concerns about pricing, I would not hire them again – because I can’t afford them. To install in two bathroom sinks, a total of 4 shut off valves (which I’ve done myself), install the centre sink drain, and slightly cut back the black drain piping to fit two new sinks in two bathrooms, my bill was 912.00. I thought the flat rate would be less expensive – but it certainly wasn’t. I realize I am paying for a superior service, but it would have been much less expensive.

Catherine, Todd & Derek did wonderful work to our newly purchased home! They were friendly, hard working, and did an amazing job! We had our poly-B replaced, new drainage, and a few more things done! Our home is now comfortable and opperating smoothly. They took the time to troubleshoot and clearly communicate what was wrong and how it would be fixed. Todd was so kind to even fix some of our venting in the house. Wonderful reviews for all 3, even when the job was a bit tricky, they handled it with ease and showed up each day with smiles and warm conversation. They left our home clean and smelling nice, and prices quoted were fair. I noticed in the morning we had a back up issue in our bathroom. I spoke with Derek and he was able to quickly set up an appointment for me with Catherine.

She called when she was on her way, and I also got an automated text with her info which was a nice touch.

She quickly got to work finding the source of our issue and getting it repaired. Within a few hours we had water again.

She also educated me on a few things to prevent this and other issues going forward.
What could have been a super stressful day with a newborn, was quickly resolved.

As a property manager, I had to make the call on Sunday for an after hours call. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by their customer service on a Sunday afternoon. The rep was top notch (I believe Julio). The tech arrived within the scheduled time and Brad was phenomenal. So knowledgeable. Todd came by to fix some plumbing issues and install a bidet. Figured out the issues pretty quick and provided a few quotes right away. Everything works perfectly now – will definitely request him for the next jobs I need done! Great guy to chat with as well.

When our water heater decided to stop working, Donald was available and at our house right away to diagnose the issue and were able to get our new water heater installed and completely set up by the next day. Called for natural gas fitting. Andrew was very knowledgable and walked me through options and what he needed to do. The work was done quickly but not lacking in detail and quality parts. Also had him look at broken outdoor faucet which I will have them fix. Friendly, high quality service!

We had Jason come and install a new hot water tank and do 3 outdoor hose bib replacements for us. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer our questions and present us with multiple options. We had a new hot water tank installed by Austin. He was professional, friendly and took the time to explain the process, types of tanks and plans I could choose from. He answered my questions, spoke highly of his company and the people who work there and it was obvious that he took a great deal of pride in his work. He had the opportunity to have a first day employee with him on the install and took time to explain what he was doing and gave the new employee tips to remain safe and uninjured on the job. I have been very impressed with the whole experience of working with Mr. Rooter in Calgary and would recommend this company and Austin to friends and family.

I recently had a sewer line repair in the basement of my house. Josh, Chris and their crew did an excellent repair. The concrete floor had to be opened up and the damaged section replaced. They were very professional and quick. I was totally impressed on how they kept the place clean! in would highly recommend Mr Rooter!!!

PRE-WORK: An absolutely phenomenal experience. In the middle of a crisis (hello water backing up whenever a toilet is flushed?!), Mr Rooter was able to send me Paul Watson. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, he ran a camera through the clean out line, clearly explained what was going on, managed to get things flowing again, and booked me an urgent appointment with a senior technician for Tuesday morning. I was left feeling confident about the services received and what needs to happen next. THANK YOU!

POST-WORK UPDATE: it is hard to believe, but the experience with Mr Rooter got even better?! Chris, Alex, and the crew showed up on time yesterday morning, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and ready to get to work. Chris explained the job plan and (this never happens) everything went like clockwork.

Alex and Chris always made the time to answer my questions over the course of the job, and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working the entire team was. To a man, the guys were friendly, diligent, and professional.

I don’t know how they did it, but they not only cut a chunk out of my basement slab without making any mess, but they were very mindful of my plants in my garden as well. To see the precision of the backhoe operator was a thing of beauty – he could have picked a single pebble off the ground!

It is clear that Mr Rooter has a fantastic corporate culture. The only way you can have a whole crew of guys this engaged, effective, and great at customer service is if you are doing something right back at the shop.

Oh! While I’m at it – a special shout-out to Melana at the office. We had a few hiccups with the financing company, but she was diligent, and pleasant, andl courteous. She turned what could have been a real nightmare into nothing but a temporary blip.

Absolutely fantastic. Our tech Paul Watson was great. Fixing/install of new under sink instant hot water tap. Even with complications from installing an updated version he got all the new kit needed. Plus my dogs loved him.
We’ve used rooters in Edmonton and are happy with the service here in Calgary as well. It’s nice when you feel like you can trust the quotes you’re being given, and the work that’s being done. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

One of the best plumbing companies I have ever dealt with. From the initial call, the timely call out, and the amazing service provided. Big shout out to Nick who did an OUTSTANDING job. He fixed my leaky shower, shut off valve to the toilet and a complete toilet replacement. He did an amazing job, walked me through an inspection, pointed out some issues that will need to be dealt with, and answered any questions I had. Nick left my house in great condition not a trace of having a worker in home, and I appreciated the mat that he brought for his shoes (never had seen this done before). Their prices are pretty competitive and was happy with the whole experience.

Just because of their service I purchased a membership which saves on call outs and will be using their service in the future and highly recommend.

I had a phenomenal experience with Plumbing Paramedics! Ryan came in and diligently assessed my furnace issues (by basically taking apart a unit that was 15 years old), which led to a new one being required. Robbie, the furnace whisperer, then came in to determine which unit I needed (via a thorough walk through of my home, and full sq footage measurements being taken, with ceiling heights taken into account). Three units were suggested and, to my surprise, the most expensive one wasn’t the one determined to be the best suited furnace! Finally, Justin and his cohort (sorry for forgetting your name…) came for the install. It looks to be extremely well put in (they even fixed some previous plumbing folly’s) and is working great. Each division that came to employ their trade were prompt, courteous and knew their craft. I never write reviews, but with the level of service I received, I felt compelled to do so.

We’ve used Plumbing Paramedics twice now and have had Nick H both times, he is awesome! Very professional, explained every step, and incredibly thorough! We had a few jobs on the list for today and he did a fantastic job of getting everything done. We’ve tested everything and no leaks anywhere, it’s all been cleaned up, and couldn’t be happier. Would absolutely recommend!! New dishwasher and faucet were 2/4 jobs for today, both are perfectly installed.

Nicholas & Sheldon replaced my PloyB and hot water tank and they were great! Professional, friendly, explained what they were doing, what they did, how everything worked, even found a leak I was not aware of. The final set up was very organized and well identified.
Yes you need holes created to get at the plumbing but they did them cleanly and left the drywall pieces for later repair. They don’t repair the holes but they are plumbers not dry wallers.
The whole job took 3 full days (it was a bungalow) but I was left with water at the end of each day so there was minimal impact to my days.
They were not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive but I don’t know what more I could ask for. I firmly believe in you get what you paid for and I feel they were fair and I received value for my dollar.
I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for future needs as well as yearly maintenance.
As a side note, they were amazing with my dogs, they got down to their level and the dogs were very comfortable with them.

We had Kurtis and he was 20/10! You could tell he was passionate about his work and he took the time to make sure it was done right as well as look good. Our set up was a little tricky in our old town house but he was ready for the challenge and had no problem going above and beyond to make it work. He was professional and considerate of our time and made sure our place was clean before he left. We would recommend him to anyone or anyone that has a boiler system, he is truly the best!

Tyler was the repair person that showed up to replace the hot water tank. Instead of replacing it, he fixed it! That of course ended up being a SIGNIFICANT cost savings!
He was very earnest and wonderful.
(Tyler was also very calm and easy going about the dogs who were pretty sure he was a dangerous intruder.)

Another very satisfied customer! I had wanted to have an air conditioner and furnace tune-up because it had been several years since the last one. After comparing prices at a couple of places, I settled on Pete the Plumber. The offered very attractive package price. Eric Chanthabantith was the technician who came out, and he was excellent! He explained everything he was doing, was patient, and very methodical. He had a friendly and warm personality, and his technical skills were very evident. He gave me some advice about things that I could do to ensure the longevity of the equipment. Highly recommended.

I had Brett over to do a bit of electrical work and it turned out that I also needed a plumber. Brett was quick, tidy and friendly, and he also arranged for Michael to come and do the plumbing work. Michael was also very friendly and I was happy with the work that he did. The service was 100% and I’d have both of them back for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

I’d like to say thanks for the quick response time and the overall experience. This was my first time calling Pete the Plumber. My hot water heater sprung a leak. I made an appointment. Tyler Leslie called first and showed up early for the scheduled appointment. Feb 19 2025 – Called Pete the Plumber over the family day long weekend, for a small leak in our basement ceiling. Not a panic so we were ok with the Tech coming on Tuesday Feb 19. JJ showed up on time (10 mins early !!!!!!!! – That’s on time to me !) and was quickly able to assess the leak, offer up the solution and complete the repairs. Calling Pete the Plumber was a no-brainer based on our last project they did for us. Once again, they did NOT disappoint. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We had Thaer come to fix a p. Trap problem we weren’t able to fix. He came and tried to work with the parts we had already bought and adjusted the service to our needs going above and beyond to help us out as much as he could. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend him and the company based on our experience today.

Thaer came in and fixed our outdoor faucet that had been flooding our basement. We are just renting the house so couldn’t help him with too much information about the house but he found the problem and fixed it efficiently, went above and beyond to install a valve to help us close the pipe in the winter and explained everything we needed to know about the job in ways that were easy for us to understand. Was a great experience overall so glad he was sent to help us!

Our technician, Thaer, was terrific. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem with our kitchen faucet swiftly and repaired it efficiently. Very nice man. He also gave us some helpful advice to avoid future plumbing problems.

Thaer was excellent. Got our drain pipes working like new again. No more leaks and holes.

Woke up this morning & no hot water & water tank leaking! Called my best friend owner of MKL Design who she recommends & she said Wiehler Plumbing. JP from Wiehler Plumbing came gave me my options for new water tank & what needs to be done. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & assessed all the steps of what has to be done to install the water tank & piping.
This was the only company that I could book a time & date on their website at 7 am for today at 12-2 pm today. It was nice to see their calendar for today & see they had appointments available. Weihler has acted professionally and responsibly in all my dealings with them. They installed a heat pump with ducting so the venting looks like a normal forced air unit. While the install took longer than expected, the end result turned out great with silent operation and the expected cooling.

Curtis is in an exceptional employee. He not only fix our problem quickly, but he took time to explain things that would help us better manage our heating and air conditioning. He and Ben were amazing.

We’ve used Instant Plumbing for a long time probably 10-15 years and continuing… I’ve had the pleasure of chatting with George and Caroline on separate occasions and they are definitely the best kind of old school people around that work hard and take care of everyone around them…

We’ve used Garry The Technician majority of those 10-15 years and recently we needed some work done around the house, and I found out from reception that Garry actually left, so I was pretty unhappy and went chatted with George directly.

He reassured me that everything would be fine and they will take care of us, and that Garry left on a good note due to other family reasons. So George recommended Ben to us and Ben did not disappoint us, as Ben’s very competent and very friendly and we all had an awesome time the two days that he was here and he also taught me a lot of knowledge…

Had Tanner out for the installation of a new hot water tank. I was doing a bathroom Reno and was looking to upgrade my water tank as well as my old one was likely reaching the end of its life. He took his time to understand what I wanted and why I wanted it. He also made sure to answer any questions we had. During the conversation, we talked about how I have the old poly-b pipes and what would be involved with upgrading those. He never pushed me to make a decision and offered helpful suggestions along the way. Had a few other companies come out for a quote, and while Instant wasn’t the cheapest, the way Tanner took the time to explain everything and his demeanour, even when he knew that we were getting quotes from other companies, ensured that we choose them, regardless of the extra cost! Couldn’t be happier with my decision! Was installed within a few days (as I had a working water heater) and he continued his professionalism throughout, proving that we made the right choice!!! Would never consider a different company for my plumbing needs!!!

Last week we had Instant Plumbing do a complete overall of our boiler system that had previously been completed by another plumber. Although it was a new boiler, this plumber had done a job that was not correct or to code. Over three days, Jason from Instant Plumbing was able to redo all of the improperly completed work and we now have a system that properly provides air handler heat to our main floor, hot water on demand and heating to our basement floor. Jason answered all of our questions with honest and factual answers and he and his apprentice did a neat and understandable job. We have been very impressed with this companies professionalism and service.

We had Andy Kim out from Neptune plumbing to repair our leaking central stack. Came on time, polite, quickly addressed our concerns and got us a quote. Was able to get parts and install the same day! He also cleaned up after himself, area around it looked better than when he started. I highly recommend Andy!

We had a water heater failure. Called them on Monday, Scott arrived Tuesday to provide a quote and advice on water heater products.
When we said «go», he obtained a new water heater, installed it and was complete before lunch on Tuesday. Far quicker that I thought.

My DCVA was leaking and I needed someone that was certified to both install and test it. Customer Service was friendly and I got an appointment quick. Scott came out to my house and was very professional. He even brought his own carpet to make sure his wet shoes didn’t make a mess at my front door. He replaced my DCVA, and even checked my hot water tank and my furnace for any issues. After he left, the office phoned to see if I had any questions and ask if I was happy with the service. I am honestly so impressed by the customer service. I highly recommend Neptune.

Great service by Andy K. who replaced our kitchen plumbing for a new sink installation. He was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. The office staff followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We would definitely use Neptune again.

In any case, we called on Neptune in June 2024 and Logan C provided excellent service then: Prompt, courteous and happy to explain to my mother & I (needed work at her house). He came in at the estimated cost.

We found last year’s experience quite satisfactory, including our dealings with the office, that when mom needed 2 tap cartridges replaced, we were happy to contact Neptune. Toby (Toseland) did another excellent job and we would be pleased to recommend Neptune and their staff to anyone who needs a good plumbing service. In fact, I already have to a friend who owns a few houses and apartments in town….

This is the second time we have used Neptune, following a good first experience.
So when our hot water tank developed a leak we called Neptune and were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful office assistant who took our call and provided updates on the service visit.
Scott and his partner arrived promptly as promised and had our hot water tank replacement completed in about one hour. In addition Scott confirmed that we were entitled to a warranty claim and undertook to take care of it for us.
We highly recommend Neptune for their professionalism, expertise and customer service.

Great service from Andy! He came on 26th June to fix our leaking shower and the water pipe. He was patient and skillful, and was able to fix the problems well. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. Highly recommended.

I had quite a big job that needed to be done. Tiptop sent the whole team for me, on a weekend no less. Nick, Paul, Ray,Roman,Sebastian and they even sent another technician, Brian just to make sure it was handled. I am so thrilled with Tip Top Plumbing! I reached out to them online and got a response within a couple hours. They were able to send Rey out to my place within 3 days to get an estimate of the work I needed done. Rey was able to do all the work I needed that day, he explained everything in a way I understood before and after doing the work. He was very kind and professional.
Being a shift worker I really appreciated Tip Tops flexibility with how to contact them and I really appreciated their quick response! I have worked with other plumbing companies previously who took forever to schedule and where I didn’t feel the most comfortable having them in my home but this was not the case with Tip Top Plumbing and Heating. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services and I will 100% use them again!

We had a back up with our sewer main on a Friday evening (of course!). Nick was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, polite and able to answer our many questions. He was able to determine where the main stack was within the walls (old home, no previous access or plans to allow us to locate) and cleared the line. He worked for a long time to ensure we had no further issues (until 11pm). It’s been 8 weeks and we’ve had no issues. I will absolutely be using these guys again!

Nick was great. He came out to deal with a sewer back up even though he’d already worked a long day. He stayed will 1:00 AM and got things cleared out. It was good to get an eye with the camera on the cleared out pipe and have the video recording sent to us for our records. Thanks Nick and thank you Tiptop Plumbing.

Huge thanks to Tip Top Plumbing for the excellent service! We had a leaking toilet, and plumber Roman did an amazing job. He was polite, attentive, and very friendly. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem with great attention to detail. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard.
