I recently bought a road bike at this store and it was a phenomenal shopping experience. Reid was super helpful from beginning to end, and was always willing to answer any question I had regarding the bike up to financing options.

As I was from out of town, the store was willing to help me look at options at how to get the bike home, and once decided, was also willing to help me box up the bike and prep it for a flight. Would not hesitate to stop by the next time I’m in town!

I have been going there for years now and have always been treated so well. You don’t have to be an athlete with an expensive bike to be respected and there is none of the.. shall we say hipster disdain 🙂 that can happen in such places.

They consistently over deliver and it is always cheaper then I think it will be. They have thrown in quick repairs for free and even surprised me by putting on a bike light I was buying once while I was paying for it.

I recently went in and said I need a full tune up. They looked over everything and said I only needed a couple of things – it ended up being less then half the price it would have been.

They are just everything a great local shop should be: kind, providing incredible service, affordable, and offering really great repairs.

My e bike stopped working and I needed it fixed. A quick call and they could see me quickly. Got the bike in and after they checked it over I had the bike fixed and they where honest. Labour for the fix came out to $3 and the bike runs smooth.

After not having success from the store we bought my bike from with a warranty issue. We contacted Ridleys to see if they could help me out. Without hesitation they were more than happy to assist. Within days the warranty ticket had been submitted, and the part ordered.

Recently looking for a shop to take on my Fleet repairs, I asked a friend that had been in the industry, and he told me no other than Mark Miller and his Fantastic Team at A1 Auto Body. A1 not only booked me in extremely quick, but received all required parts on time (lots of pieces) and delivered the truck on time as well. A1 is now my business and personal go to for both Autobody and Mechanical. Thank you all for a stress free experience.

Getting in an accident is SO stressful (even when no one is hurt which luckily was our case). And that’s just the beginning, then it’s navigating insurance, paperwork, and bureaucracy. The team at A1 were kind & knowledgeable. Even though they (and all autobody shops) are busy and backed up because of so many Calgary accidents this winter, everyone from the estimator (shoutout Sean!) and office staff (shoutout Kirsten and the lady at front desk) and management (that’s you Mark McAlister) were patient and helpful and returned calls in timely fashion giving updates and help along the way. I didn’t meet the technicians who did the auto body work but as you can see the car came back in perfect condition and newly painted within a week of dropping it off – it was so clean I thought it was a new car. 10/10 and will always use A1 although i hope it’s a very long time (or never!) before I have to again.

It was the fall of 2024 when Christa contacted us to book in our 2023 Tahoe that had hail damage. We agreed to March 17th to bring in the truck and as promised we had a rental vehicle waiting for us. The truck was expected to take 60 days to repair and true to their word it was completed. We picked up the truck and Christa went over all the paper work and had prepared a list of how to care for the truck when it comes to cleaning exterior. We took the truck back 3 weeks later as we had a few minor issues, met with Mark and he immediately booked the truck in that same day and provided us a service loaner. We weren’t expecting that the truck would go in right away, this exceeded our expectation’s. We picked up the truck a week later and our deficiencies were repaired.

A1 Auto Body shop is one of the cleanest auto body shops that I have ever seen both inside and out. I would like to thank Christa, Mike and Carla as they were very professional, and their customer service is one of the best that I have ever received.

Knibbe did wonderful work on my vehicle. They are very honest and incredibly friendly. I have been to at least a dozen private mechanics and dealerships around the city and have been constantly disappointed or scammed. Knibbe definitely did not disappoint. This will be the only shop I bring my vehicle to ever again.

Amazing service! I needed a second opinion on my car as I was not sold on what my dealership had said and then quoted. I don’t have my own ‘garage’ so I asked a friend and they suggested Knibbe as they had heard good things. From the first call the service was great. Every time I asked questions they walked me through everything. Their quote was not far off what my dealership provided for the same thing, but it included other issues that were more serious. The process of drop off, shuttle, updates and until pickup were seamless. I loved that they showed myself and each customer before me their old parts and explained everything. It was a learning experience. They definitely are doing that right for those of us who are not car savvy. I have an older car and slowly things are going wrong with it, so going forward this will be my go to garage. Thanks for making what I feel is never a pleasant experience, very pleasant. Thanks!

Went for a seasonal check up, staff specifically Shawn is very polite, and friendly. I left my car around 9 am and by 4 pm it was ready for me. Pricing is fair and transparent.

I am so grateful to Fred and the staff here. I was in Calgary from BC for a family funeral and had car issues. They were so understanding as it was Friday and we had an 8 hour drive back to BC on Monday.
They got my car in for service, a shuttle to where I was staying and got my car back same day.

Just had Knibbe perform routine service on my Mazda. I was given a ride to/from my house. The service was handled promptly and professionally. No surprises and excellent customer care. A little expensive, but zero aggravation. That’s what I’m looking for in an automotive repair shop. Straight shooting, helpful and respectful interaction. Recommended.

Best place to go in the entire city, and they are OPEN ON SUNDAYS. I hit a pothole the day before and blew both my tire and bent my rim. I woke up on Sunday and I needed to find a shop that was open. Most shops around me were closed, except Good Tire. I called them and asked if they would have time to fix it. They told me to bring in the car and they would be able to help me out. I explained that I needed a new tire and a new rim. I was told they had both in stock and that they could get it done in 45 minutes. Sure enough, 45 minutes later, the car was ready. They threw on a new tire and chose to fix the rim instead of charging me for a new one. Even though I was willing to pay for a new rim, they chose to save me the money. I can’t recommend these guys enough! they were honest fast and charged a very fair price. They have absolutely gotten a customer for life and I will recommend their shop to everyone I know!

I recently had a flat and visited this tire shop. The technician found not one, but four leaks and significant belt damage. Instead of just selling me a new tire, he honestly advised me that driving on it would be unsafe and that he wouldn’t feel right charging me, due to the liability. He suggested a used tire as a budget-friendly option but was super chill about it, saying if the leak wasn’t too bad, I could even wait it out since my lease is almost up. Seriously appreciated his honesty and lack of pressure. An awesome spot for tire service.

My husband and I have been purchasing our tires for both our vehicles from Good Tire for the last few years and the service is always outstanding. AJ has always been super helpful, very kind and understanding! He was able to price match a set of rims and tires for my husbands car that he really wanted, and he even helped get the seized spacers off the car as well!! We will continue to purchase our tires from Good Tire because they are great to deal with, they are upfront and honest with you about everything and their knowledge about tires is phenomenal! Absolutely amazing place, 10/5 would reccomend. Highly professional and very educated. My rims basically fit my make, model, and year only, and are VERY hard to find. Good Tire spent a good 3 weeks trying to find something for me – they contacted suppliers, look for used, and cross-references with other rims to find something for me (sadly no luck, but absolutely not for lack of trying).
I bought tires from them. Their online quote is the full picture – tires, mount and balance, all of it – no hidden fees. What you see is what you get. You can request a time slot online, and the wait time is minimal, even during the busy season.
Good Tire has that local, hole-in-the-wall feel, in the best way possible. Will definitely be returning, and suggesting them to everyone and anyone.

I’d like to leave a great review for this shop. I went in for a tire patch, but they couldn’t find a hole—it turned out to be just a valve issue. They replaced it at no charge, despite taking the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem. I’m truly impressed with their honest and excellent service. What’s even better—they’re open on Sundays!

Just rented a pickup to assist with a charity fundraiser on the weekend. Chase was very friendly, efficient and helpful with both checking out and returning the truck. They took the time to show me how the various options on the truck worked. The vehicle was great, clean and very comfortable. For such a large truck it had terrific fuel efficiency. When we returned the truck my wife insisted we look around the lot and thought this would be a good place to buy our next vehicle. I’d recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I’ve been a loyal GM customer for years, but my recent experience with Wolfe GMC Calgary has left me shocked, disappointed, and genuinely disheartened. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Escalade in August 2024, having been clearly assured by the sales and finance team that the vehicle had no accident history and that the GM Total Plus extended warranty would cover major repairs with only a $100 deductible no surprises.

Fast forward to less than 5,000 km of light driving later, and the vehicle has already been in the shop nearly 10 times. Most recently, I brought it in for leaking rear shocks, an issue I was told would be covered, only to be hit with $387 in charges for diagnostics and a rental. To make matters worse, I was later informed by their own service department that the front sensors may not function properly due to excessive paint from a prior repair contradicting the «accident-free» claim made at sale.

The service experience was just as troubling my wife and I were treated with dismissiveness and disrespect, and I was even told bluntly that I had been «lied to» about the warranty I paid thousands of dollars for.

This experience has not only caused financial stress but completely eroded my trust in Wolfe GMC and GM itself. A certified vehicle with hidden issues and a warranty that doesn’t stand up to what was promised? This is not how customers should be treated. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting Wolfe GMC, I truly regret doing so. There are better dealerships out there that respect their customers and stand behind their word, product, and warranty.

I had a fantastic experience getting the rear brake cable on my bike replaced. From start to finish, the service was fast, efficient, and far more affordable than I expected. I was honestly prepared for a bit of a hassle or a high bill, but they handled everything expeditiously and professionally. Within no time, my bike was ready to ride again, and the brake is now working flawlessly.

After repeatedly returning to another bike repair shop to have a reoccurring issue fixed, I decided to take my bike to CC – Southwood where Jason explained the process before they fixed my bike as well as explaining all the repairs on pick up the very next day all for an extremely fair price. Jason, CC Southwood and their mechanics have certainly earned my business in the future and I highly recommend taking any of your repairs there.

My son’s bike got a flat tire and we went to the shop to fix it. All the staffs are pretty much nice and also professional. They have different options to solve the problem and they also did very quick. At the meantime, they have nice new bikes display. They guess should also have good sales service as well.

I have been a long time customer here so it’s disappointing to write a bad review. I brought my 2023 mountain bike this year in for a double black tune up while they had a promotion. As soon as I got the bike back from the service, I noticed that my pedals were still squeaking and my shifting was adequate at best. I brought my bike back in to address the pedal issue, for which the pedals were taken off and greased around the edges without actually taking apart the pedals. On a ride that night, my pedals completely ceased due to a lack of grease. So the next day, I bring my bike in where they rebuild the pedals but charge me for labour on top this. About a week later, my suspension bearings are creaking, my shifting is now almost completely useless, and my dropper post is taking 5 seconds to reach its peak. This is all with under 20 hours of riding my bike. The head mechanic looks at my bike and deduces the following: my chain is at 75% ware and they don’t want to touch my derailleur or hanger because it’s complicated. My dropper post could’ve been greased better but raceface droppers are hard to service so I need a new one. My suspension bearings barely had any grease on them and minimal dirt. While I appreciate them looking at my bike for free, I still feel ripped off and annoyed that I spent $500 to tune up a bike just to keep reappearing over and over for problems that maybe would’ve been solved the first time if I sent my bike to a more thorough shop. I also did not have a budget when it comes to replacing and ordering components that are needed, so it’s frustrating when I need a new dropper and new chain and new hanger but they choose to just not to address it out of laziness? Sad to have to change bike shops after all these years but I feel disrespected and not appreciated despite 10+ years of loyalty.

Bought my Santa Cruz at CC last year so just had it in for a pre-season tune at the new Elbow Dr location and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Back riding in under two days.

Boris and Rost did an amazing job today. They worked 10 hours straight and in hot environments. They moved VERY COMPLICATED ITEMS and so many items. None broken. Multiple stairs too! I don’t think they even took a bathroom break. Very attentive and listened and were so patient. They did two trips and were so humble and lovely. We cannot thank them enough for an amazing job. Literally crying at how great they did everything. Worth every penny!

I found the wheels I’ve always wanted for my 2019 VW Jetta at Tire Surplus, but the ad on fb marketplace had them packaged with winter tires and I wanted all-seasons – I messaged them, and Sam was messaging me back and forth for at least 20-30 minutes at like 1030pm (what other businesses would ever take the time to do this so late at night??). I ordered them over the phone with Sam, who was very polite and friendly. The rims were delivered from Calgary to Edmonton in just one day!

The service was excellent, and the entire experience was a pleasure. The wheels look stunning on my car. I am very happy with both the service and the product. Highly recommend to everyone!

Seven life long girlfriends enjoyed the service of Cascade Limo last week. Celebrating our 60+ years of close companionship, we held a Reunion in Calgary & Umar drove us to Didsbury, where we all went to school – past all our family homes, with stops at other memorable places in town. Umar is new to Cascade and is a wonderful addition to the Company. Polite, kind and professional, he showed enjoyment in putting up with 7 excited Ladies, smiling at «oh! turn here!» «ohhh, could we stop please and have a picture taken!» Thank you, Umar and Cascade Limo for giving us a lovely memory to tuck in with all the others we shared over our special time together.

I booked a limo for my friends 60th birthday! The booking process was simple and the communications ongoing were exceptional! Eric was so helpful with the smallest of questions (and there were a lot!). Dean – our driver on the day – was kind an patient! We had 4 pickups before the final destination. He took us to have photos done with the city as a backdrop and got us to the restaurant right on time! He was gracious enough to be our photographer too! Would absolutely rebook!

I have used Cascade for 3 different occasions and each time has been nothing but the highest quality of service and standards. I’ve used an 8 passenger, a large stretch hummer and another midsized and they were clean and fully stocked.

Drivers were great as well very accommodating and Dean was excellent on our last trip when there were 6 screaming 10 year old girls hollering away. Made my daughters Birthday a memorable experience.
